About The Windward Coalition
The Windward Coalition is a group of residents who have come together to address quality of life concerns in our area. We are a voluntary community action group, not affiliated with or part of any political party, government entity or other community organization.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life of Windward residents. We identify problems in our communities, and work on actions to alleviate them, including proposing solutions and monitoring whether the situation is improving or not.
